  • The fish oil in H&H™ Essential Omega III with Vitamin E comes from anchovies. Not only do anchovies have a high omega-3 content, but they also have high content of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

  • Each softgel contains:

    Fish oil: 1,500 mg (Equiv. Eicosapentaenoic acid 450 mg) (Equiv. Docosahexaenoic acid 300 mg)
    Tocopherol, D-alpha: 7.72 mg (Equiv. Vitamin E 11.5. IU)

    Source of softgel: Bovine gelatin

    Contains: Fish (sardines and anchovies).

The sources of fish oil in H&H Omega III Fish Oil with Vitamin E are anchovies, tested by the manufacturer and an independent testing company to be virtually free of mercury lead, PCB and other heavy metals. Fish oils are rich sources of the omega-3 long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexanenoic acid).
